WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a person who can, upon initial training, independently perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment. Ensures quality work and customer satisfaction while maximizing efficiency and productivity.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform all the duties of a Service Technician including:
- removal, disassembly, and reconditioning of components
- complex and difficult diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment
- may specialize on all types of equipment
- Perform a mix of shop and/or road (in the field) work, as required; which, includes Precision Ag repairs
- Perform any and all service tasks as assigned
- May perform machine start ups
- May perform machine optimizations
- May assist or support in customer clinics
- Assists other technicians with diagnostics
- Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment in good working order

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for skilled carpenters with experience in commercial projects. You will be responsible for providing professional carpentry work during construction of commercial structures. You must have experience with both wood and non-wood materials such as lightweight steel and concrete.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprint to determine the materials and dimensions specified
- Construct wood forms for concrete construction projects including building foundations
- Construct wooden framing including walls and floors
- Install roof systems, partitions and stairs
- Install light-gauge and load-bearing steel framing
- Fit and install pre-fabricated items including window frames, door jambs, windows and doors.
- Move material on the construction site
- Help clean-up work sites
- Maintain and clean tools/equipment
- Perform other duties as required

IS THIS JOB FOR YOU?
The location of this job is remote. Although, the town of Meadow Lake has only 5,000 inhabitants, it offers most services, such a grocery supermarket, schools, gas stations and restaurants. It is, however, over 1.5 hour drive to the nearest town of 15,000 inhabitants and 3 hour drive to Saskatoon (280,000), the province’s largest city.
You will appreciate living in the Meadow Lake, SK if you like being close to nature, fresh air, thousands of lakes and the world’s largest forest. The community of Meadow Lake is welcoming both for individuals and families.
With this job, you can earn above average income. The job will entail plenty of overtime during the busy season: March-July and September-December (60 hours a week) and stable hours during the slower time: August, January, February (no less than 35 hours a week). Yearly income of $55,000 CAD and more.
